Prive d.o.o. (Prive) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This privacy policy describes Prive’s policies and procedures in collecting, using and disclosing your data, obtained with your use of our services, websites and applications offered by Prive (“services”).
By using the services, you agree to processing of data in accordance with this privacy policy. We will not use or share your personal data with anyone, except as described in this privacy policy.
This privacy policy applies to the company Prive, so that “Prive”, “we”, “us” or “ours” refer to Prive d.o.o., as the personal data controller.
We can change this privacy policy at any time. All changes or updates will take effect immediately after they are published on this site. We advise you to check this privacy policy regularly for any possible changes. Looking at the validity date, you can see if any changes have been made. Upon use of our website, you consent with the changes.

- The data we have about you
1.1. Registration
For registration into the Prive’s application, you provide us with your personal name, e-mail address, telephone number and country and place of residence (or an alternative shipping address) by filling out the form.
1.3. Data you automatically report to us when using our services
Prive gathers non-personal data when you use the services, including pages you’ve viewed, time spent on using certain features of the site, demographic data such as server locations, connection speed and other data that do not identify you. Like most web services, we can also use technologies to monitor users access to content, such as cookies, log files, tracking pixels, and web beacons. This data can be combined with other data you provide to us, as described above.
It is important that your personal data is accurate and up to date. Please inform us about any changes to your personal data.
- How we use your data
2.1. Prive uses collected personal data to provide services (including conclusions of contracts as described in the general terms and conditions), to check your identity and to prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activities, to customize the content, to store data that will help you effectively access your account, to analyse the use of services, to diagnose and to solve service difficulties or technical problems, to maintain security, to monitor the total number of visitors, traffic and demographic patterns and to track user content and users insofar as required by the applicable law.
2.2. We can use your email address to send notifications related to our services, including all notices required by law.
2.3. On the basis of our legitimate interest we can also use your contact data to:
- send you marketing messages that include data about our services that may interest to you, give you suggestions and recommendations regarding our services;
- automatically measure the effectiveness of our advertising based on your activities on the website and on activities related to the opening of e-mails received from us, in order to better understand your interest;
2.4. If you write to us by email, we can store the content of your emails, your email address and our answers.
- Storing your data
We will keep your data as long as your account is active or as long as it is necessary to provide you with services. We can keep your data even after you stop using the services or until you revoke your consent. We will store your data and if necessary we will use it, to fulfil our legal obligations, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements.
- Your rights
We will take all necessary steps to ensure safe treatment of your data in accordance with this privacy policy. You have the right to access personal data that we have about you, and the right to repair or delete your data. You also have the right to limit the use of your data and the right to transfer your personal data to a third party.
If you believe that we are violating your rights, you have the right to appeal to the supervisory authority.

The right to access to your personal data (commonly known as “the request of access to personal data”) allows you to receive a copy of the personal data that we have about you and allows you to verify if they are being legally processed.
The right to correction of personal data that we have about you allows you to correct incomplete and inaccurate data, wherein we may need to verify the correctness of the new data that you have provided to us.
The right to delete your personal data allows you to request the deletion or removal of personal data if there is no good reason for their further processing. You also have the right to request that we delete or remove your personal data if you have successfully enforced your right to object to the processing (see below), where we may have processed your data illegally or where we had to delete your personal data in accordance with the law. Please note that we may not always be able to complete your request for deletion of personal data, due to legal reasons that can exist at the time of the request and about which we will notify you.
The right to object to the processing of your personal data, where during their processing we rely on a legitimate interest, and there is a reason on your side, for which you want to object to the processing on such basis, and you believe that this affects your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we can prove that we have justified legitimate reasons for processing your data, which are replacing your rights and freedoms.
The right to limit the processing of your personal data allows you to request that we temporarily stop the processing of your personal data in the following cases: (a) if you wish that we determine the accuracy of the data; (b) if the use of your data is illegal, but you do not want to delete them; (c) if we no longer need your personal data, but you need them to enforce, execute or defend legal claims; or (d) you have submitted an objection concerning the use of your data, but we need to verify that our legitimate grounds for using them outweigh yours.
The right to transfer your personal data allows you to request the receipt of your personal data that you have provided us in a structured, widely used and machine-readable form, and you have the right to forward this data to a third party at your request.
The right to withdraw consent at any time where we rely on the consent to process your personal data. The withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before the withdrawal of the consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to offer specific products or services.

- Sharing your personal data
Your data is processed by IT service providers, banking and accounting services, and third parties with whom you have concluded agreements using Prive services. We consider this data as an essential part of our relationship with you. We do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
- Change of purpose
We will use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected, unless we consider that it can be used for other purposes that is compatible with the original purpose for good reasons. To get a justification for how the new purpose processing is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us. If we need your personal data for purposes that are incompatible with the original purposes, we will inform you and explain the legal basis that allows us to do so. Please note that your personal data may be processed without your consent or consent in accordance with the above rules, if necessary or permitted by law.
- How to protect your data
We have taken appropriate precautions to prevent, loss, use, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure of your personal data. Access to your personal data is limited to those employees, agents, operators and third parties who need such access to perform their duties. These persons will process your personal data in accordance with our instructions and are subject to our personal data protection policies. We have introduced procedures to address possible violations of the protection of personal data. In the event of a violation, we will notify you and the competent authority whenever bound by the law.
